Reggae & Dub Session w/ Jeko Selekta
Bring your comfy souls for an afternoon of reggae dub vybrations by Jeko Selekta.
Diego Iacopini aka Jeko is a musician from Florence, Italy.
Surrounded by music from his early childhood, he fell in love with Caribbean and Latin American cultures exploring Cuban, Jamaican and Brazilian musical styles.
In 2019 he started his journey through reggae music as a percussionist with the Italian band Jump in Trail. With the bass player of the same band he later started the Trail Foundation project, a trio of selectors passionate about reggae and dub vinyls, amplified by their handmade sound system.
Jeko will present a vinyl selection in between the early 70’s dub and the modern influences by the worldwide scene of dub producers.
